Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacy Technician licensed in the State of Montana to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations by preparing and dispensing medications, assisting with patient care, and ensuring accurate medication management. The Pharmacy Technician will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient safety and care through precise medication handling and exceptional service.

Duties

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
• Assist pharmacists with medication inventory management, including stocking and labeling
• Support patient intake procedures, ensuring proper documentation and medication records
• Administer medications under supervision, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques when required
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and offering medication guidance
• Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards for accurate communication and documentation

Skills

• Proven pharmacy technician experience,
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication management
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care and clear communication
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and intake procedures
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
