Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in clerical support. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and phones,but are willing to train if highly motivated. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for staff and executives
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle correspondence via email and phone with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with office management tasks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception roles; experience as a medical but willing to train.
- computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
