Salary Range: $30, $50,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Property & Casualty insurance license required (or ability to obtain)
Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
Proficient with computers, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office
Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude
ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and cancellations
Process certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy documents
Explain insurance coverages, limits, and options in clear, simple terms
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Support the sales team with follow-ups, cross-selling opportunities, and
