Now Hiring: Full-Time Remote Therapist (W-2)
$90,000 Base Salary + Bonus Structure
Therapy Cove is a fully virtual, trauma-informed practice dedicated to connection, depth, and real healing for adults, especially Gen Z and Millennials navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, cultural stress, identity work, and relational growth.
We are expanding and looking for a skilled, compassionate full-time therapist (W-2) to join our remote team. This role is perfect for clinicians who are relational, curious, grounded, and deeply committed to thoughtful therapy.
What You'll Do
Provide individual, group, and couples therapy in a fully virtual setting.
Support adults through trauma, anxiety, attachment, and relational challenges.
Use an integrative approach informed by psychodynamic, IFS, somatic, relational, and trauma-responsive frameworks.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate in ongoing supervision or consultation and contribute to a culture of learning and growth.
Required Qualifications
Fully licensed therapist in Washington, DC or PSYPACT eligible if a Psychologist.
Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
At least 2 years of clinical experience with adults.
Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed care, attachment work, and relational healing.
Comfort working independently in a HIPAA-compliant remote environment.
Preferred Experience
Working with culturally diverse clients, including first-generation, immigrant, and BIPOC communities.
Supporting clients with internal conflict, people-pleasing, and relational patterns.
