Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

Qualifications:

• Must be able to consistently lift 40lbs to help customers out to load water. - Bilingual skills (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (preferred)
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math principles (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
