Weekend RN Supervisor

We're seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to help fulfill our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents. If you're a compassionate leader with strong clinical skills, we'd love to meet you

Schedule:

• Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (no felonies)
• Current photo ID and Social Security card

Preferred:

• Long-term care experience
• Supervisory experience (any field)
• Strong leadership skills in healthcare settings

Responsibilities:

• Oversee team members to ensure high-quality resident care
• Maintain smooth operations with professionalism and respect
• Accurate charting and compliance with care plans
• Willingness to work hands-on (floor duties as needed)
• Attend meetings with DON, Administrator, or Nurse Consultant
• Collaborate with doctors, clinics, and department managers
