Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift (6:30 AM – 6:45 PM)
Full-Time | Part-Time | Contingent Positions Available

The Orchards at Armada, located in Armada, MI, is currently seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer 12-hour shifts and are actively hiring for daytime positions—6:30 AM to 6:45 PM—with full-time, part-time, and contingent opportunities available.

CNA Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and Valid CNA certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications
