We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our busy warehouse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position involves a variety of tasks related to order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will be crucial in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to our **logistics** success. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a **safe** working environment, which includes the mandatory use of **PPE**. Physical capability, including **lifting** moderate weights, is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** protocols and **PPE** guidelines.
- Perform **lifting** and moving of packages and products, as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our **logistics** operations.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
