Our Denver, Colorado facility is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for processing incoming orders, ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to our logistics chain, contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and Safety within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE correctly throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Dedication to Safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and vests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is an asset.
