Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in the heart of New York City, New York. This dynamic role is essential for processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a Fulfillment Associate, you play a key part in the customer experience by ensuring orders are correctly assembled and dispatched promptly. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment within our busy logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and materials.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Assist with general warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Support other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Willingness to follow Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
