We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker for our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets. Your accuracy and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall productivity of the distribution center. You will utilize handheld scanners and other technology to manage inventory and track order fulfillment. This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain a high level of focus, and perform tasks involving significant walking and standing. The ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 50 pounds is essential. Safety is a top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all company safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE is required.
