Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and organized placement.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear designated PPE at all times.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as trained (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Physical capability to perform duties, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow directions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts if required.
