We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates for our St. Louis, Missouri location. This role is integral to our warehouse operations, encompassing a variety of tasks crucial for efficient logistics and inventory management. From receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipment preparation, you will contribute directly to our success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare packages for outbound shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is an asset. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Good manual dexterity and physical coordination. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of basic warehouse logistics. Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Team-oriented and good communication skills.
