Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming warehouse inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, ensuring correct labeling.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and implement best practices.
- Ensure the correct use of all required PPE.
- Participate in general warehouse upkeep and improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
