The Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting. Responsibilities
* The Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting.
* Administer and interpret standardized assessments
* Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
* Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
* Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
* Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes
* Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
* ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
* Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
* Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings starting at $80,000 annually
