Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives clearly.
  • Manage project teams by providing guidance, supervision, and motivation to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements through techniques like Kaizen and Business Process Modeling to optimize workflows.
  • Oversee project portfolio management activities, including prioritization, resource balancing, and progress tracking using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Monitor project performance through earned value management and other metrics; report status updates to executive leadership regularly.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively to align team efforts, resolve conflicts promptly, and foster open communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by implementing rigorous review processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, PMI standards, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and PMP best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or equivalent tools like Primavera or Smartsheet.
  • Strong skills in change management, requirements analysis, process mapping, risk management, and scope management.
  • Demonstrated ability in program development, program design, and project engineering across diverse initiatives.
  • Expertise in data analysis skills for effective data collection and decision-making; familiarity with ERP systems or content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is advantageous.
