Quality Analyst IV – Denver, CO / Plano, TX/ Philly, PA

The Quality Analyst IV ensures software quality for telecom and cloud-based platforms by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies prior to product release. This role focuses on identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. The Quality Analyst also provides
leadership by mentoring team members on testing tools
, reporting practices, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for telecom or cloud-based solutions
  • Utilize automation tools such as
    Selenium, Cypress, or like streamline testing processes
  • Analyze,
    document, and track defects through resolution
  • Collaborate with software developers and cloud engineers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
  • Perform
    regression and integration testing
    to ensure
    defect resolution
    and overall platform stability
  • Coach and mentor QA team
    members on testing methodologies, automation tools, and best practices
  • Ensure accurate
    test reporting, KPIs
    , and
    documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive quality initiatives
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
    , preferably in telecom or cloud platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with
    automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  • Experience managing
    defect tracking systems
    and QA tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience with
    network, cloud, or telecom
    -specific applications preferred
