Dispatcher/Manager

The Delivery People is seeking a Dispatcher to support our fast-paced Honolulu delivery operation. This role is critical to keeping drivers on schedule and freight moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and route drivers for daily deliveries and pickups
• Monitor routes, delivery progress, and service issues
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service
• Resolve delays and delivery exceptions in real time
• Update delivery status and PODs in company systems

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
• Dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Early mornings required
