Front Desk/Driver/Group Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and responsible Front Desk/Driver/Group Leader to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with driving duties, requiring someone who is organized, communicative, and experienced in various types of vehicle operation. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage group activities, and operate a 15 passenger van. This position offers an opportunity to lead groups, ensure safety standards, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate group activities and lead tours or transportation services as needed
• Operate a variety of commercial vehicles such as vans.
• Drive school route driving with precision and professionalism
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections for mechanical issues
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle handling
• Support other operational tasks as assigned by management

Experience

• Experience in driving youth
• Familiarity with working with youth
• Strong work ethic
• Learn new systems
• Effectively communicate with all staff members
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

This position requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to succeed in this multifaceted role.

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
