What You Will Do: Manage and coach 4 direct reports and 36 indirect reports. Drive Quality Practices and Standards across the Organization Champion the culture of quality delivery through requirements-based testing Lead, Manage and Mentor large QA Team Drive growth and standards of Automated Testing Practices Track and report on all quality metrics at team, process and production operating levels Make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes and activities Process-oriented mindset and high degree of familiarity with modern test technologies and tools Provides status updates and progress reports to the project team, senior leadership and the Strong organizational skills
