As our Memory Care Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating joyful, engaging, and purposeful days for our memory care residents. This is a high-energy, hands-on position that blends creativity, organization, empathy, and connection.

You won't just "run activities"—you'll embrace each resident's journey, meet them where they are, and help make every day feel meaningful.

Plan and support engaging, enriching daily activities for memory care residents

Connect with resident's one-on-one and in small groups with empathy and patience

Celebrate life's moments—big and small

Help create a warm, upbeat, and structured daily routine

Use technology to support activity planning, calendars, photos, and communication

Multitask throughout the day while staying organized and detail-oriented

Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity to everything you do

Work closely with our Community's Director of Engagement and Memory Care Coordinator to ensure programs are intentional, meaningful, and aligned with residents' needs

Collaborate with the Memory Care team to ensure residents feel safe, engaged, and loved

Passionate about life and people

Naturally empathetic and emotionally intuitive

Organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys planning

Creative, enthusiastic, and full of positive energy

Comfortable using technology (or excited to learn)

A strong multitasker who thrives in an active environment

Excited to work closely with residents living with memory loss

Looking for meaningful work that truly makes a difference
