Merchandise Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandise Manager to lead all product merchandising across website, stores, marketplaces and wholesale. Wholesale partners include domestic boutiques and international distributors. This role will be responsible for consistent, profitable revenue growth and cohesive brand execution across selling platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for product design, and extensive experience in product development, buying and site merchandising. The Merchandise Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales growth through effective merchandising techniques.

Duties

• Seasonal assortment planning and collection briefing for both DTC and wholesale
• Product development, cost negotiation and communication with vendors, agents and factories
• Manage product/pricing strategies, email cadence, site navigation, sales promotions, and branding initiatives to attract customers and drive sales
• Seasonal presentations to cross functional teams on merchandising strategies, collection stories, product knowledge.
• Analyze data to understand sales trends, optimize stock levels, sales performance, and inventory turnover.
• Act as primary liaison with wholesale accounts and international distributors
• Manage in-season product operations
• Experience
• 7+ years experience in merchandising, ideally across DTC, stores and wholesale
• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Full Circle and Apparel Magic, Shopify, Nu-Order, Microsoft Office, POS systems. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with assortment planning, pricing strategies, inventory planning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
