Role Summary
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing business within the
assigned territory by handling existing customers, acquiring new customers, generating revenue, and
improving brand visibility for YNM Safety. The role requires strong field sales experience, customer
relationship management, and market development skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Promote YNM Safety's product portfolio to industrial, corporate, and project-based clients.
Existing Customer Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate safety solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and collection coordination.
New Customer Acquisition
Identify potential customers and convert them into long-term clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Expand market presence within the assigned territory.
Brand Visibility & Market Development
Enhance brand awareness through regular market visits and customer interactions.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
Represent YNM Safety at exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and accounts for smooth
execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM or internal systems.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in Manufacturing / Industrial products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Education Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).
