We're looking for a full-time, high-energy leader to join our team who is passionate about serving others, growing leaders, and driving excellence in the kitchen. This role requires schedule flexibility (including mornings, mid-days, and evenings) and a strong commitment to our core values of Honor, Dignity, and Respect.

• Lead with positivity and by example, reinforcing our "Winning Hearts Every Day" strategy: Craveable Food, Fast & Accurate Service, and a Clean & Safe Environment.
• Develop and support kitchen leadership through coaching, delegation, and hands-on guidance.
• Oversee daily operations including labor management, productivity, food waste reduction, and adherence to systems like LEAN and One-Click.
• Recruit and interview candidates, handle personnel needs, and maintain accountability through systems like the point system.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by asking the right questions and challenging your team to grow.

We're seeking a dedicated, full-time leader with at least 2 years of Chick-fil-A experience at a Director level or higher to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who understands Chick-fil-A's operational standards and culture and is ready to take the next step in leading others with excellence.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to safely and comfortably handle kitchen tools, equipment, and shelving at various heights
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are important for following procedures and taking orders
• Able to work on your feet and stay active in a hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment
• Comfortable moving around during your shift and staying engaged throughout
• Able to stay calm, focused, and efficient - even during busy times
• Flexible and quick to adapt when changes or edits come in
• A clear communicator who can work well with others
• A team player who's ready to help wherever needed
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once with a positive attitude
