Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our incredible team and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is for someone who leads with heart, sets the tone on the floor, and helps create a positive, organized, and supportive environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to staff members with a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs while adhering to labor budget targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team members growth and development.
- Keep daily operations running smoothly, from opening and closing to inventory and cash handling
- Make sure our drinks and food always meet Sunbliss quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space for both guests and the team by following health and safety guidelines
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to keep inventory stocked and operations flowing
- Be present on the floor, connecting with customers and making sure they feel welcomed and cared for to ensure a positive outstanding experience.
- Listen to customers feedback and help turn it into thoughtful improvements
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
- Monitor financial performance against budget and sales targets, implementing strategies to make sure the store stays on track.
- Manage costs thoughtfully through smart ordering, scheduling, and reducing waste.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement for improvement and growth.

Requirements:
- Full time availability
- 40 hours/week
- Weekends & Holidays
- Place orders to maintain supply and proper inventory
- Maintain QSC standards
- Write weekly schedule & coordinate daily staffing needs
- Manage call outs, swaps and unexpected staff events
- Coordinate/fulfill catering order and events
- Manages staffing needs
- recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training
- Ensure the store and/or staff complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local health regulations.
- Communicate daily and is responsive to any urgent matters
- Ensures entire staff is informed and complies with any procedure updates
- Ensures compliance with dress code standards
- Provide bi-annually employee evaluations
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
