Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Experience with food service operations, POS systems, and customer relations is essential. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change using POS or cashiering systems
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation or bussing as needed during busy periods
• Manage guest relations professionally, resolving any issues efficiently and courteously
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
• Experience in hospitality, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
