Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that plumbing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment on commercial and residential sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
  • Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to meet project specifications
  • Conduct remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Use heavy lifting techniques to move materials safely around construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installation within larger building projects such as HVAC systems or carpentry work
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems, applying your mechanical knowledge for effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and future reference

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related fields with a solid understanding of construction site safety practices
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other construction tools
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components relevant to plumbing installations
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
  • Experience with carpentry or maintenance person tasks is a plus for versatile project support
  • Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities in team environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $34.53 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
