We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our commercial gate and door sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and setting appointments for opportunities involving commercial gate and door service, installation, retrofit, and construction projects.

The SDR will be a critical front-end partner to our outside sales team, helping build a strong pipeline across property management, facilities, industrial, and construction customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact prospective commercial customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Target industries including
  • Property & facility management
  • Industrial & warehouse operations
  • Commercial real estate
  • General contractors & developers
  • Municipal and institutional accounts
  • Research accounts to understand site needs, gate/door usage, and potential service opportunities

Qualification & Appointment Setting

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on scope, urgency, decision-makers, and budget
  • Identify opportunities related to:
  • Service & repair
  • Preventive maintenance contracts
  • New installations
  • Retrofits and upgrades
  • Construction and tenant improvement projects
  • Schedule qualified meetings for
