We are looking for a
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with strong hands-on development experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB. The ideal candidate must have deep platform customization expertise and proven integration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Build advanced workflows using
  Flow Designer, Playbooks, Decision Tables
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using
  JavaScript & Glide APIs
• Implement and manage
  integrations
  using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure
  UI Builder / Configurable Workspaces
• Work extensively on
  ITIL-aligned processes
• Maintain secure access using
  ACLs
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong ServiceNow
  development
  experience (not admin)
• Deep knowledge of
  ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience with
  CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM
• Expertise in:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Actions
• ACLs
• Flow Designer
• Playbooks
• Decision Tables / Rules
• Strong
  JavaScript (client & server-side)
  and
  Glide API
• Experience with
  Mobile App Builder (MAB)
• Integration experience using
  MID Server, APIs, Web Services

Certifications (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
