Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Palm Island Club Apartments. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our apartment units and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, dry wall patching, painting, appliance repair & installation of new appliances
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, good communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
