About the Role

Rampit USA is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow sales and expand our presence within an assigned region. This role is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through a consultative, full-cycle B2B sales approach.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing a territory

independently while collaborating closely with internal teams. This position requires regular travel, strong product knowledge, and the ability to represent the company professionally in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers
  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training
  • Prepare pricing, quotes, proposals, and lead negotiations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and resolve issues
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of B2B or manufacturing sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with travel (50% or more)
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working with distributors or dealer networks
