Machinist

· You will be operating our latest generation CNC machines to produce precision parts for some of the best loudspeakers in the world.

· You will need to have a general understanding of:

• G-Code
• recognizing and diagnosing tool issues
• tool replacement and measurement
• machine upkeep

· You will be joining a team of experienced and enthusiastic machinists.

· You will be responsible for:

• loading and unloading parts onto jigs and jigs into machines,
• selecting and installing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories required for each job
• changing and measuring tools
• first line quality control on machined parts
• maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• carrying out routine machine upkeep
• checking consumable stock levels
• first-line diagnostics of simple issues in machining
• working with your team to optimize production efficiency and throughput

· We are looking for people who can follow procedures, with proven mechanical and technical aptitude as well as an eye for process and detail.

· One year or more of prior machining experience is required; experience as part of a course will count towards this total.

· You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• able to lift 75lbs
• able to move between machines during your shift
• able to stand during your shift
