Brighton Residential Management is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team at The Magnolia at Georgetown, a growing multifamily community. This role is essential to creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents, prospects, and our onsite team.
About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the leasing office, model units, amenity spaces, and apartment homes during unit turns. This position plays a key role in resident satisfaction and leasing success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the leasing office and common areas
- Prepare model units to be tour-ready at all times
- Clean and reset amenity spaces (clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, etc.)
- Perform unit turn cleaning, including:
- Kitchens (appliances, cabinets, counters)
- Bathrooms
- Floors, windows, and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the onsite team
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards consistently
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or apartment cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Daytime schedule (Monday–Friday; occasional weekend support may be needed)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
