What You'll Be Doing
- Connecting with Customers – Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Listen, ask great questions, and guide them toward the best solution for their needs.
- Sales as Problem-Solving – Understand customer pain points and present solutions that genuinely help them. Your ability to think on your feet and provide value will set you apart.
- Follow-Up Like a Pro – Keep conversations moving, follow up with potential customers, and close deals by staying engaged and proactive.
- Sales Support & Process Management – Handle inquiries, assist in order processing, and ensure a smooth, customer-centric sales experience from start to finish.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Data & CRM Management – Keep customer interactions and sales activities organized in Salesforce and Google Workspace to track progress and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Tech-Savvy – Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and email outreach tools is a plus.
Experience That Matters – 1-3 years in inside sales or customer service, ideally in tech or electronics (but not required).
