Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst for an on-site position in New York, NY. In this role, the Financial Analyst will conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, generating financial reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with teams to support financial strategies. The ideal candidate will also contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and problem-solving
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with financial software and tools; advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Prior work experience as a Financial Analyst or comparable role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
