Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help ensure every customer receives exceptional service, understands their vehicle's needs, and leaves satisfied with a clear plan for their automotive care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for vehicles with your talent for customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values your contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport from the moment they walk in.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
  • Explain recommended repairs and maintenance procedures clearly, ensuring customer understanding, confidence, and vehicle longevity.
  • Upsell additional services or products when applicable while respecting customer needs.
  • Communicate with warranty companies to assist in repair coverage.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of all service sales and payments.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate with BDC Team and technicians to prioritize work orders, ensure timely completion of services, update customers and schedule current and future customers.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license mandatory.
  • Clean driving record mandatory.
  • Ability to pass drug screening mandatory.
  • Prior dealership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Schedule

Monday-Friday alternating 7:30am-5:00pm and 7:30am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 7:45am-1:00pm.

Pay

Mixed pay of hourly rate plus commission with no cap.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
