Job Title: Jnr Sales Representative – Fire Alarm & Safety Solutions
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a leading provider of fire alarm systems and safety solutions in Philadelphia. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing the client base by promoting commercial fire alarm and sprinkler inspection services, repair, and monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes pride in promoting products and services that keep communities safe.

Skills We Are Looking For
  • Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B or construction-related sales.

  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to confidently deliver presentations, cold calls, and tailored solutions.

  • Target-Driven Mindset: Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets in competitive markets.

  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of fire safety or construction industries is a plus.

  • Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fire alarm inspections, monitoring, and service solutions.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to create accurate project proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently achieve sales goals.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience (fire safety or construction preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a customer-first approach.

  • Must be able to commute daily (this is not a remote role).
