• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards by applying proper sanitation procedures
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Experience with laundry management and custodial responsibilities preferred
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment is a plus
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and reliability
