The Customer Service Representative role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellent support and engagement with educators and students. Based in Topeka, Kansas, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to educational excellence and student success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to teachers, students, and parents via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to program details, registration, and technical issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Promote our programs by effectively communicating their benefits.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms.
  • Support data entry tasks to ensure database accuracy.
  • Uphold the company's mission by fostering positive relationships with our educational partners
  • Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer support experience or related client services background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
