Job Summary: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will represent ThermOmegaTech's entire range of commercial plumbing products to assigned exclusive manufacturers' representatives, engineers, contractors, plumbing wholesalers, and building owners. This role requires close collaboration with product development, marketing, and other sales teams to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence in your region.
Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Market Development:
- Manage and grow the sales region to maximize efficiency and achieve sales objectives.
- Develop annual sales forecasts and strategies for all commercial plumbing products in partnership with representatives, considering market conditions and customer demand.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, determine action routes, and follow up to close sales.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations for distributors, engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Participate in industry tradeshows and conferences to enhance ThermOmegaTech's reputation as a thought leader in the marketplace.
2.Relationship Management & Communication:
- Engage with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Work on specific projects/initiatives assigned by his or her manager that may impact the overall growth of commercial plumbing: National Accounts, market research, application notes, new presentations, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the commercial plumbing and/or construction industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial plumbing procurement practices and technical product requirements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in understanding the functionality of ThermOmegaTech products.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously and effectively.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently handle both technical and commercial discussions.
