Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and have experience in fine dining settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to restaurant standards.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS, OpenTable, or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in fast paced dining establishments is highly desirable.
• A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
