Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate with 1 plus years of previous marketing experience to join our growing firm. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to continue their marketing career with hands-on experience in many areas of marketing. This position also offers opportunity for long-term growth within the company. The Marketing Associate position reports to the Senior Marketing Specialist for CSI Group.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help manage the HubSpot platform, including defining client lists, maintaining
    accurate database fields, assigning contacts for follow-up, and identifying "blind spots" in the database to improve quality control
  •  Produce the company newsletter and email campaigns, including creating ideas on content, working with colleagues, building the newsletter in HubSpot, and distributing the campaign to clients and prospects 
  • Maintain the accuracy of the company's Google business page listings, industry listings, and social media channels, monitor client comments, and respond to messages
  • Update the website with new images or copy
  • Help with creating low-profile campaign elements such as email campaigns, flyers, and letters to clients 
  • Help with project management and administrative requests  
  • Attending meetings with senior management to get deeper exposure to the business and strategic discussions

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 1 plus years of experience in agency
  • Iowa, Louisiana, United States
