Solution Architect/Technical Writer
to join our team supporting Business Development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead solution design for complex federal opportunities, ensuring integration of people, processes, and technology.
  • Collaborate with business development, capture, and proposal teams to identify customer challenges and translate them into differentiated solutions.
  • Guide solutioning workshops, discovery sessions, and technical proposal development.
  • Develop architectures spanning FinOps, cloud, DevSecOps,low code/no code, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends (e.g., Zero Trust, automation, AI/ML, data engineering)and apply them to government use cases.
  • Create high-quality artifacts (white papers, demos, proposal sections, presentations, solution graphics).
  • Assess internal and partner capabilities, define solution gaps, and shape teaming
  • Craft solution narratives that emphasize outcomes, benefits, differentiators, and alignment to customer objectives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused win themes and value propositions.
  • Analyze and map solutions to customer "hot buttons" and evaluation criteria to ensure solutions resonate with evaluators.
  • Develop staffing plans, levels of effort (LOEs), and work breakdown structures (WBSs) to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and compliant with solicitation requirements.
  • Align staffing models with technical architectures, ensuring the right skills and clear labor mix.
  • Collaborate with pricing and program management teams to balance technical approach, staffing, and cost competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise IT solutioning, architecture, or consulting, with federal government focus.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical solutions on proposals or large-scale IT programs.
  • Broad expertise across enterprise IT (cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, low code/no code, data platforms, SaaS/PaaS).
  • Certifications such as AWS, Azure, ITIL, CISSP, or OneStream are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills; ableto translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

SALARY:
Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
