Front Desk Smile Maker

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist with taking payments and going over treatment contracts
• Assist patients with making appointments
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support the team with basic operations such as stocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Skills

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening
• Experience posting payments
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
• Experience in working with a team
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
