We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restoration Operations Manager to lead our restoration services team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate restoration projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of restoration processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of restoration projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage and supervise restoration technicians and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for senior management.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restoration services or related construction management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
• Relevant certifications in restoration or construction management are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $100,000.00 per year
