Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Host/Cashier. This dual role is vital to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. You will greet and seat guests, manage the flow of service, take orders, and process payments while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists with accuracy and efficiency
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist with guest inquiries
• Process payments (cash, credit, gift cards) quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance, and cashier area
• Provide menus, explain promotions, and answer questions about our offerings
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Deliver excellent hospitality from start to finish

Qualifications

• Previous host, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
