Elevated Safety Professionals is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator for a direct-hire role supporting data center construction projects in the Phoenix area. This position is ideal for a safety professional with a strong background in large-scale, fast-paced construction environments and a deep understanding of data center safety requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a safety role within construction environments

• Direct experience supporting data center construction projects (required)

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards

• Experience conducting site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations

• Ability to lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training

• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 (or higher)

• Safety certifications such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent

• Experience with high-risk activities including electrical safety, confined spaces, LOTO, hot work, and work at heights

• Familiarity with owner and GC safety expectations on large data center projects
