About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Designer to join our client's dynamic digital team. This is a remote, full-time salaried position with a preferred working schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time hours. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating compelling digital assets that enhance brand presence and engagement within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The role demands a creative professional with extensive experience in digital design, capable of developing visual content that adheres to industry standards, compliance requirements, and channel-specific best practices. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, contribute to creative strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital assets that resonate with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital design or as a digital art director, with a proven track record of delivering innovative digital content.
• Significant experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is required.
• Proficiency in designing for various digital audiences, understanding their preferences and engagement patterns.
• Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, HTML/CSS, and creative tools necessary for digital content creation.
• Expertise in content design technology tools, with a preference for proficiency in Assembler.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and assets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback during review processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of creative strategies for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and compliance standards.
• Create layouts, graphics, and visual content for various digital tactics, campaigns, and content cards, adhering to channel-specific best practices.
• Collaborate with shared service teams to source images, secure licenses and permissions, and validate image metadata for PromoMats compliance.
• Prototype or storyboard animated graphics and interactive content to enhance visual storytelling.
• Participate actively in review and approval processes, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine deliverables.
• Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure seamless design and asset delivery, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
• Engage in daily scrum activities, articulating project status, challenges, and next steps effectively across teams.
• Develop high-level concepts for design projects, translating ideas into visually compelling digital assets.
