You will proactively develop local corporate accounts, build strong partnerships, and identify new business opportunities while representing the Meli brand with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Achieve a minimum number of weekly sales appointments through office visits, site visits, FAM trips and virtual meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners Proactively develop corporate accounts for Meli White House, Meli London Kensington and ME London Drive sales for Meli White House Apartments through site visits and familiarisation trips Actively hunt for new accounts with high revenue potential Negotiate rates in line with hotel objectives, focusing on high-ADR business Analyse weekly corporate sales performance and implement action plans Support the Head of Events & Groups with proposals, site visits, follow-ups and contracts Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, presentations and promotional activities Create and manage Account Development Plans with guidance from the Director of Sales Maintain accurate and up-to-date account files and reporting Represent the company positively, enhancing brand reputation and market presence What were looking for Previous experience in hotel sales or a commercial hospitality role (preferred) Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Confidence in presenting, networking and client engagement A collaborative team player who leads by example Because belonging to the great Meli family is being VIP At Meli, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
