Salary: £61,110+ depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining Solution Architecture: Crafting the architecture and design to meet business and system requirements while adhering to project constraints.
  • Capturing Architectures: Documenting the current and future application, data, and technology architectures for assigned projects.
  • Ensuring Fit-for-Purpose Design: Assuring that the overall functional and technical design of the solution meets our high standards.
  • Providing Design Leadership: Leading the IM&T solution and collaborating with 3rd parties and product teams to ensure effective communication of the architecture.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Engaging with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams to foster collaboration.
  • Supporting Project Managers: Working closely with Project Managers to develop project plans, review estimates, and identify potential challenges.
Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in the design, development, testing, and release of Information Systems.
  • Strong skills in incident and problem management.
  • Effective stakeholder management, influencing local organizations, customers, suppliers, and peers.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Desirable:

  • Architecture qualifications such as TOGAF.
  • Industry qualifications like BCS.

Collaborate with engineering software vendors, application owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure tools and processes run smoothly across global projects.
